Industry Presentation:

We will end the Industry Presentation session with a talk from Caroline Eriksson:
Caroline is a creative artist and motion designer with over a decade of experience in the commercial and movie industry, currently working at Storm Studios. Beyond the digital world, she has gained international recognition for her extraordinary gingerbread sculptures.
During FxF#21, Caroline will share with us how she combines her experience in motion design and 3D with traditional sculpting techniques, to achieve her amazing edible art.

: Director, actor, animator, now working as one of the animation supervisors on the upcoming Harald Zwart animated feature film Viqueens (Gimpville)


Miquel Campos
: a seasoned Character TD and the developer of mGear, the open-source rigging framework for Autodesk Maya, living in Japan.

20:00 - 21:40 Evening screening in collaboration with Arthaus and Cinemateket: the Oscar nominated stop motion feature film Memoir of a Snail. Directed by Adam Elliot.

To submit your animation to our upcoming festival, please review the following requirements:

Submission Requirements:
We welcome animated films of any genre, with a duration of up to 15 minutes. Films must be in HD (1080p) and submitted as .MP4 or .MOV files. Each submission should be accompanied by a synopsis, credits list, and high-resolution stills for promotional use. Non-English films must include English subtitles.
Deadline:
All submissions are due by March 15, 2024. Early submissions are encouraged, as entries will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
